A full research-to-launch engagement for a dessert brand: two regional websites, researched, designed and developed end to end.

• Ran competitor analysis and market research to establish which patterns and features the brand’s digital experience actually needed.
• Designed separate India and UAE experiences — region-specific products, store locations and localised content, including an Arabic-default interface with an English option for the UAE.
• Designed and built the core journeys: product showcases, signature products, a filterable Google Maps store locator, and the primary “See the Menu” call to action.
• Identified the need for franchise registration through that research, then designed and developed the franchise application flow, plus a Careers section at the client’s request.
